Taken the classic Chinese novel "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" as the theme, The Peach Blossom integrates the excellent Chinese cultural traditions of benevolence, righteousness, courtesy, wisdom and faith. Selected cross-border and seasonally fresh ingredients from the north and the south of the Yangtze River area, it professionally presents the  contemporary interpretation of New Modern Cantonese Cuisine.
